Beckley Area Foundation awarded 8 student-first mini-grants to 5 Fairdale Elementary School teachers. We are thankful for their support to our students!

Please note the attached two photos of Raleigh County Schools Elementary sports tournaments. The basketball game on 11/12/2025 will be held at Fairdale Elementary and begins at 6pm. Admission prices to tournament games are $5 for Kindergarten students - Adults. PK and under are free. Go Falcons!

Hello Falcons! Here are a few updates from our school:
1. The Book Blast program will begin November 4th. Watch for your child's treasure map to come home with them. This is a great way for every Falcon to earn free book(s)!
2. Report cards for the 1st 9 weeks go home today, 11/3/2025.
3. Tonight is our final, regular-season basketball and volleyball games. They will be played at Maxwell Hill Elementary and begin at 6pm.
4. Popsicle sales will occur this Friday. Students can purchase a popsicle for $1 and all proceeds go to the school's general fund to purchase incentives and classroom needs.
5. There is no school on 11/11/2025. Honor our veterans.
6. PK students do not attend school on 11/14/2025.
